PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST and any other sales tax. Please note that we reserve the right to alter the prices at any time for any reason. (1) All payments must be made by you in full. (2) Payments must be made in the Stripe secure payment gateway facilities accessible via the website and will be subject to any terms and conditions of these providers or by authorising us to charge your credit card account for the total price of the products ordered and the applicable delivery fees at the time the products are dispatched. (3) To the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for any damages or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by you where a credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner. (4) If there is a problem with your payment (for example, if your credit card transaction is declined), we may contact you to make alternative payment arrangements.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Orders via this Kiwi Success website are delivered to New Zealand destinations only.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be:

• North Island – $15 per order or per case (max 12 bottles)
• South Island – $27 per order or per case (max 12 bottles)

Depending on your order size, there may be an additional cost required for shipping. If this is the case, we will contact you directly once you’ve placed your order.
Shipping costs may change depending on pricing from our courier partners. From time to time we may offer various discounts and promotions on shipping costs.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

We aim to ship goods within 1 to 2 business days. We ship once or twice a week only, which are every Monday or Tuesday.

If the item is out of stock, we will advise you via email. Delivery timeframe estimates from our courier partners is currently 3 working days to North Island destinations, and 5 working days to South Island destinations, however, please note these are estimates only and we will not be held responsible for any delays caused by couriers which are out of our control.

FAULTY GOODS

Please contact us if you believe that the product you have received is faulty. If the product is found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. No claims shall be considered unless made within 30 days from the date of purchase. The Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply if the products purchased are for business purposes. In no event shall Kiwi Success’ liability exceed the purchase price of the goods that are the subject matter of any claim.

INCORRECT PRODUCTS SUPPLIED

A request to return goods incorrectly supplied must be made within 3 days of purchase. Should we send you the wrong product; a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Instructions will be supplied regarding the method of return. Kiwi Success will cover all courier costs.
